The location of this building is on the ground floor of a residential building. This unit has a rectangular plan with an area of 87 sqm, divided into three rooms. With the use of design and construction management, these three rooms were transformed into onsite dining, following the Italian codes for hygiene and health. The entrance leads to the main room, which is dedicated to the sale and supply of food; this space is adjacent to the food preparation area. There are two bathrooms, one exclusively for customers and one for employees. The latter is integrated within a dressing/locker room. The electric power-panel is situated in the dressing room and the lighting throughout the facility has various characteristics to set mood within the architectural environment. An HVAC system feed fresh as well as cool/hot air throughout the structure with both automatic and manual temperature control.
