Construction management has been the backbone of Michael-Bruno’s activities for three decades. Our certified construction and quality control manager provide on-site presence, coordination and scheduling, materials and cost controls, and quality assurance.
During the past three years, Michael-Bruno engineers have carried out construction management projects in Africa, Europe, and Middle East. Government clients include such agencies as Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), Project Manager, Defense Communications and Army Transmission Systems (PM DCATS-Europe), and the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR). Among are commercial clients such names as Arrowhead Global Solutions (CapRock), General Dynamics, ITT, Lockheed Martin, PAE Group, and Salt Investment (for which Michael-Bruno recently completed the design and construction management of an $80 million salt mining project in the Horn of Africa).
During the bidding phase of a project we can produce the necessary competition and technical documentation. Our pre-construction services also include vetting of companies, coordination and conducting site surveys, distribution and evaluation of bid packages, recommendations for award and formulation of construction contract for milestone based or firm-fixed-rice payments.
Michael-Bruno also carries out the following as part of its standard construction management:
